Supporting you through grief, loss, and life's unexpected transitions — with warmth, presence, and care.
Get in touch"Healing begins in the space where you feel truly heard."— Christine, Locus Mind & Body
My name is Christine and I am the counsellor behind Locus Mind and Body. I work with people who are navigating some of life's most tender and challenging moments — bereavement, significant loss, and the disorientation that comes with major life change.
My approach is person-centred, meaning our work together is shaped by you — your pace, your story, your needs. I offer a genuinely safe and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and begin to find clarity.
Sessions are available face-to-face and virtually, so you can access support in the way that suits your life.
Every person's experience is unique. Below are the core areas I specialise in — though if you're uncertain whether counselling is right for you, I warmly encourage you to reach out.
Losing someone you love changes everything. Counselling offers a compassionate space to honour your grief, process pain, and gently move forward in your own time.
Loss comes in many forms — relationships, identity, health, or a life you imagined. Therapy helps you make sense of what has changed and find a path through.
Divorce, career change, relocation, retirement, becoming a parent — even positive change can unsettle us. I support you in navigating transition with steadiness and clarity.
Starting counselling can feel daunting. Here's a simple overview of how we'll work together, so you know what to expect from the very first contact.
Send an email or give me a call. There's no pressure — just a friendly conversation to see if we're a good fit and to answer any questions you have.
We'll meet face-to-face or online at a time that works for you. The first session is about getting to know each other and gently exploring what's brought you here.
We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you — whether that's a few sessions or a longer journey — always guided by what you need.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. You're welcome to call or send an email — Christine will respond personally to discuss your needs and answer any questions.
